Service, privacy and cancellation terms

When online place search is available, we first verify the locations and route. A vehicle fare appears and a pending booking can be created only after the registered vehicle, passenger and luggage capacity, and fleet price basis have been verified and an available Chinese-speaking driver from the same fleet is recorded. These checks run again at booking.

Private-car fares use the selected 4-, 8- or 10-hour fleet rate, known route distance and agreed extra-distance rule; unentered stops and overtime need separate confirmation. Transfers use the known route’s estimated distance and non-live travel time, plus applicable airport and night rules. Parking, tolls and other exclusions follow the confirmation.

You can still send a trip request when no vehicle can be priced. A request is not a confirmed booking. Pickup time needs manual review; the booking is confirmed after our team assigns a driver and vehicle. The platform does not charge online; payment and refunds are recorded only after manual verification. There is no automatic flight tracking or live child-seat inventory, so tell our team about special needs and flight changes.

We process trip contact details, locations, flight information and requests to quote, arrange and support your ride. Partnership inquiry details are used for follow-up. Driver application names, service cities, vehicle details and notes are used to contact applicants and review eligibility.

Full contact details, location coordinates and itinerary text are stored encrypted. Only authorised operations accounts may decrypt them, and relevant access and status changes are logged.

When you generate an itinerary draft, your destination, dates, party size and preferences are used for planning. Contact details are not sent to AI. If Cloudflare Workers AI is enabled, this trip information is sent to Cloudflare for processing. The editable draft does not confirm places, routes, drivers or prices.

If you use online place search and select Search, the location keywords or coordinates you entered are sent to the map provider. A nearby recognised address may be returned; this does not guarantee an exact meeting point. “Check on map” opens OpenStreetMap with the selected coordinates. A route is calculated after both places are confirmed. Enter only addresses needed for the ride, not access codes, room numbers, names or other confidential details.

Do not enter card numbers, passwords, full ID numbers or unrelated sensitive information in notes. Contact our team through Trip inquiry to request correction or deletion.

Online place search is available only when a map service is configured. Otherwise, you can still send a written trip request for an advisor to confirm places and routes.

You must search for and select suggested places; arbitrary text is not accepted as a verified location. To reduce repeat requests, place results are encrypted and cached for up to 24 hours, and route estimates for up to 30 minutes.

Public Nominatim does not allow autocomplete, and OSRM demo routes are not a dependable commercial service. Commercially permitted map and routing services are required before offering online route search in production.

You can request cancellation of a pending or confirmed booking in My bookings. In-progress, completed or already cancelled bookings cannot be cancelled online again; contact our team for issues or disputes.

Cancelling a booking does not automatically mark a refund. If payment was recorded, our team logs any refund according to the actual payment channel and agreed terms. Payment status remains separate from booking status until the refund is complete.

Cancellation fees may vary by country, supplier and time before departure. Our team should explain the applicable terms when confirming your booking.
